1. Reduce no-load loss. The five-level joints of silicon steel sheets with excellent performance are used to improve the core structure and process and reduce the process coefficient. The iron yoke silicon steel sheets are not stacked and are not painted, and the shearing burrs are controlled below 0.02mm.
2. Reduce load loss. Use wires drawn from oxygen-free copper rods with higher conductivity than electrolytic copper to improve the conductivity. Appropriately reduce the current density, improve the insulation structure, use semi-oil channels, prefabricated insulation parts, winding overall packages, self-adhesive wires, self-adhesive paper, reduce the insulation volume, increase the winding filling factor, and reduce the winding size to reduce load loss.
3. Reduce the loss of other components. Improve the iron core structure: Improve the structure, control the winding leakage flux in the design, and adjust the ampere-turn balance to reduce stray losses in structural parts such as fuel tanks. Use corrugated oil tanks and fin radiators to improve heat dissipation efficiency.
