Product Introduction:

Aluminum alloy cable is a new type of power cable that uses 8000 series aluminum alloy materials as conductors and is manufactured through advanced technologies such as special compression technology and annealing treatment. Compared with pure aluminum cables, aluminum alloy cables make up for the shortcomings of previous pure aluminum cables and improve the bending performance, creep resistance and corrosion resistance of the cable without reducing the conductivity, which can ensure that the cable is Maintain continuous and stable joint performance during long-term overload and overheating. Compared with copper core cables, aluminum alloy cables can effectively reduce product costs, installation and laying costs, and have better cost performance.

Technical Parameter:

(1) Product performance:
Comply with the requirements of NB/T 42051-2015 and GB/T 31840.

(2) Conductive properties:
The electrical conductivity meets the requirements of GB3956. Under the same current carrying capacity, the weight of aluminum alloy cables is about half that of copper core cables, and the direct purchase cost (including special connector terminals) is 15% to 30% lower than that of copper core cables.

(3)Connection performance:
The alloy composition of the aluminum alloy cable conductor greatly improves its connection performance. The increased content of iron in the conductor greatly enhances its creep resistance. The creep resistance is far better than that of pure aluminum conductors and is basically the same as that of copper conductors. Consistent, it guarantees its connection stability even with long-term use.
When copper and aluminum are connected, copper-aluminum transition joint terminals are used to ensure the stability of the connection.

(4) Creep resistance:
Due to the special alloy formula and heat treatment added to the aluminum alloy, the creep resistance of pure aluminum is greatly improved, reducing the creep phenomenon that occurs under long-term mechanical force, and also reducing the chance of accidents caused by creep. Because the joints loosen after creep, the contact resistance increases, which can easily lead to accidents.
